- For special weekends such as Easter, Whitsun, Our Lord Ascension, the Tour of Flanders, Koppenbergcross and the Superprestige Gavere : price on request
- Extra night is possible if free, subject to an additional charge of €175/night.
- A deposit of €300 is required upon reservation. This deposit serves as final confirmation of your reservation. The total rent is to be paid at the latest 1 month before arrival.
- In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Weekend : arrival Friday from 15h00 or earlier after consultation with Wim. Departure on Sunday morning at 11am or after consultation! Wim will be present on your arrival to hand over the keys and on your departure to receive the keys back, we will do a quick check-up together to return the deposit as soon as possible.
- Week: 7 nights. Arrival from 3:00 PM or earlier upon consultation. Departure at 11:00 AM or after consultation. Wim will be present at your arrival to hand over the keys and at your departure to collect them. We will do a quick check-up together to refund the deposit as soon as possible.
